I have analysed 3 front covers, contents pages and double page spreads from established music magazines such as Kerrang and Q, I identified the key conventions of a music magazine in these magazines this has allowed me to include these in my music magazine thus making it more appealing to an audience.

I have created plans of my magazine pages and now I must start to make shot plans of what photos I am going to take, this means when I come to taking my photos I have ideas of what i want to take allowing me to take them quickly giving me extra time edit the photos and put them in my magazine.

I have started using a basic camera to take photos for a preliminary task this allows me to get better at using a camera thus allowing me to take a better pictures for my magazine making it more appealing to the audience.

Started pre-production of my music magazine this includes: Flat plans, shot plans, Models, initial picture ideas and rough drafts.

Uploaded pre-production to my blogger.

Created a risk assessment for my photo shoot this is to ensure none of my models get injured in the process of taking my photos.

Started photo shoot and then choose photos which I would use in my magazine, then uploaded origionals to my blog.

Began to produce my front cover and started editing photos, to make them look more appealing to the audience.
